Osaka's Highest View From HARUKAS 300
Last updated: August 25, 2026
HARUKAS 300 is the observation deck crowning Abeno Harukas, 300 metres up on floors 58 to 60 with Osaka spread out below. The top floor wraps the full 360-degree panorama in floor-to-ceiling glass, while the open-air Sky Garden court two floors below lets the city air in. The tower rises straight out of Tennoji Station with shopping, dining and culture stacked beneath the view — an entire evening in one building.

Frequently Asked Questions
The 60th floor is the main event: a corridor of floor-to-ceiling glass running the full circumference of the tower. The 58th floor opens into the Sky Garden, an open-air wood-decked court with a cafe, and the 59th connects the two with shops and facilities.
Abeno Harukas stands directly above Tennoji Station — served by the JR Osaka Loop Line and the Midosuji and Tanimachi subway lines — and Kintetsu’s Osaka Abenobashi Station is inside the same complex. The observation deck entrance is on the 16th floor.
