Hakkeijima Sea Paradise fills its own island in Tokyo Bay on Yokohama's southern edge — an entire sea-themed resort where four aquariums share the shoreline with fifteen rides, restaurants and open waterfront promenades. The Aqua Museum alone holds some 100,000 creatures, Fureai Lagoon lets you meet dolphins and belugas up close, and Umi Farm goes further still: catch your own fish, then have it cooked. The rides answer with Blue Fall, a 107-metre vertical drop, and the Surf Coaster that zooms and loops out over the water itself.
